How we handle research-use listings, your information, and payments.
Research use
This is product information, not medical advice, and not a prescription. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease. Talk with a licensed clinician before using any peptide or booster.
Orders
Sending order details records the cart and shipping address so the order can ship. Checkout requires confirming you are 21 or older and that the order is for research use. A second send of the same cart, email, and address within 24 hours is treated as the same order. Payment is a separate step on that page. Guests can look up the order number and email later without creating an account.
Payments
Pay with Venmo or Cash App using the handles shown at checkout. Please put only your order number (e.g. RP-017) in the payment note. We do not store wallet passwords. This site does not receive an automatic payment receipt.
Delivery and changes
Delivery is $9.99, waived when the item total is over $150.00. This shop ships US-wide to United States addresses. Address changes are possible only before the package is with the carrier. Inquire as soon as you see a mistake.
Returns
Shipped research material generally cannot be restocked. If a package arrives damaged or is the wrong listing, inquire with photos and the email on the order. If we have not shipped, we can usually cancel.
Your information
We use the name, email, phone, and address you enter to fulfill the order. We always email the order number, a summary, and shipment tracking to that inbox. If you opt in, we may also send occasional updates. If you join restock & deal alerts (or ask for a back-in-stock note on a sold-out listing), we store that email, the page you signed up on, and any listing you asked about, use it only for those alerts, and every alert email has an unsubscribe link. Optional accounts store those details so you can see past orders. The store can suspend or delete a login; orders already placed stay in records. A first-party cookie counts unique browsers for the owner admin. The shop records IP address, city, pages opened, device class, and HTTP referrer for first-party store analytics. City is from the network, not GPS. Listings added to the cart are stored with that browser session, and with the account email if the visitor is signed in. The owner inbox is emailed when someone creates an account (name and email). If the owner enables visitor alerts on their own device, that device can get a push when a new unique browser is counted — city and device, not an IP. New visitors are not emailed. Catalog searches store the words typed and whether they matched listings — not a visitor id. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure page views and page speed without cookies, with query strings and owner pages left out. No ads, and we do not sell that data or customer lists.
