Shipping
Delivery is $9.99, or free when the item total is over $100.00. In-stock orders with payment matched by 2pm Eastern Time ship the same day.
How an order ships
Send shipping details on the Order page, then pay on that same page. We match the transfer using the payment note from checkout. In-stock orders with payment matched by 2pm Eastern Time ship the same day. If you need a status update, use Inquire with the email on the order.
Cost
A flat $9.99 delivery fee is added when the item subtotal is $100.00 or less. Item totals over $100.00 ship free. The fee is calculated from the catalog, not typed in at checkout.
Where we ship
Checkout only accepts United States addresses. Inquire first if you need a shipment somewhere else so we can say whether we can send it.
Packaging
Vials and boosters are packed so they can travel. Check unmarked outer box at checkout if you want the outside of the package to stay plain — no store name on the box.
Tracking
When an order ships, we email tracking to the address used at checkout — carrier, tracking number, and a link when we have one. Guests can also look it up at Track order with the order number and that email. An optional account with the same email shows every order for that inbox.
Address changes
Check the details before you send the order. If something is wrong and it has not shipped yet, inquire right away with the correct address. After a package is with the carrier, we usually cannot reroute it.
